Technical Content Writer & CRM Analyst

• Location: Remote (USA Only)
• Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 USD per year, based on experience.
• The Role: We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented writer to support our team of senior analysts. You will be responsible for conducting hands-on testing of AI CRM platforms, gathering data, and writing clear, concise, and objective first drafts of our reviews and comparison articles. This is a critical role that helps power our entire content engine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial hands-on testing of AI CRM software, following our established 10-Point Assessment Framework.
• Document features, pricing tiers, and user experience workflows with meticulous attention to detail.
• Write well-structured, data-driven first drafts of software reviews and articles.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to refine content and ensure technical accuracy.
• Assist in updating existing content to reflect new software updates and pricing changes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a similar role, preferably in the B2B, SaaS, or technology space.
• A strong interest in and familiarity with CRM software and business technology.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
